Donation & Refund Policy

Donations help us run training, outreach and pollinator awareness activities. As a non-profit voluntary organisation, no profit is distributed to members.

How donations are used

Donations are used only for the association's aims as set out in its statute, and are recorded in our accounts.

Refunds

If you made a donation in error, contact us within 30 days at madelyn@aqca.org. We will refund mistaken donations where possible.

Anonymous and restricted gifts

We may decline donations that conflict with our aims or whose origin cannot be reasonably verified.
