Volunteer Policy

Volunteers are the heart of our association. Everything we do depends on people giving their time freely.

What volunteers can expect

• A clear explanation of the task and a named contact person
• Guidance and protective equipment for any work near bees
• Respect for your time and the freedom to step back at any point
• Recognition of your contribution

What we ask

• Follow safety instructions and our safeguarding policy
• Respect confidentiality of members' information
• Represent the association courteously

Volunteering is unpaid. Agreed out-of-pocket expenses may be reimbursed with receipts.
